Royal Foods is able to maintain a successfully high level of quality at the source by continuously emphasizing the importance of high food standards through a number of established internationally recognized protocols. All members of the Quality Assurance Department undergo rigorous food safety auditor training to ensure that they are able to maintain the level of quality that we are committed to.
Additionally, we select only the best raw materials and inspect every purchase. Some of the analysis we perform varies from testing vacuum, pH, brix and overall condition before conducting comprehensive sterilization —to monitor critical control points, before reviewing every batch after production for weight, odor, color, liquid, count and size.
By focusing on a select number of SKUs, we can abide by these thorough processes without ever compromising quality.
We know that safety and consistency is vital during each step of the food supply chain, which is why we built branches in supplier countries to monitor processing and inspect production.
Our Quality Assurance Office and Lab is centrally located in Asia. In addition to monitoring the financial and working conditions of our partner factories, we depend on full-time Royal Food employees – not third-party agents – to perform unannounced audits and sample lot inspections. Before shipments depart the factories, our on-site Royal Food team carefully examines products to ensure accurate deliveries, fewer returns and increased customer satisfaction.
